â¢1 1/4 cups vegetable oil

â¢1 tsp salt
â¢1 tbsp cinnamon
â¢1 tsp ground nutmeg
â¢1/2 tsp ground ginger
â¢2 tsp vanilla extract
â¢2 tbsp dark rum
â¢3/4 cup crystallized ginger, chopped
Toasted Marshmallow Filling
â¢16 white marshmallows
â¢1 cup unsalted butter, softened and cut into cubes
â¢1 cup sifted confectioner's sugar
â¢2 tbsp almond milk or regular milk
â¢1 tsp pure vanilla extract
â¢7.5 oz marshmallow fluff
â¢pinch of salt
Brown Sugar and Cinnamon Swiss Meringue Buttercream (Makes about 5 cups)
â¢5 large egg whites
â¢1 1/4 cup light brown sugar
â¢1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, softened and cut into cubes
â¢2 tsp pure vanilla extract
â¢pinch of salt
â¢few pinches of cinnamon, to taste
