  • 2 small early white turnips, peeled but with leaves reserved
  • 50g miso paste (fermented soya bean)
  • 1 tablespoon sake (rice wine)
  • 1 tablespoon mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
