Meringue 4 egg whites, room temperature cup (175 mL) sugar 1 tsp (5 mL) cornstarch 1 tsp (5 mL) lemon juice Cream 1 cup (250 mL) whipping cream 3 tbsp (45 mL) sour cream 2 tbsp (25 mL) honey tsp (2 mL) pure vanilla extract Fruit and Assembly 2 cups (500 mL) fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered 2 tbsp (25 mL) honey 1/3 cup (75 mL) chopped pistachios

Description
