Ingredients
250g Bean Sprouts, trimming both ends if desired, wash and drain8 medium Prawns, remove shell, clean and cut prawns into half, pat dry and season with little salt and pepper
some shredded carrot
1/2 tbsp Chopped garlic
2 tbsp Wolfberry, soak in a small bowl of hot water for 5 mins and drain
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tbsp Light soy sauce
dash of pepper
