  • 1 (350g) packet sour pickled mustard greens, finely sliced
  • 4 spring onions, cut into 2.5cm pieces
  • 75ml water
  • fish sauce, to taste

A Chinese Stir-fried Vegetable Side Dish. Bean Sprouts Are Stir-fried With Sour Pickled Mustard Greens, Spring Onions And Lightly Seasoned With Fish Sauce. Serve With Rice.
