4 kohlrabi washed, leaves and stalks removed Salt & Pepper 2 tablespoons chopped Parsley Olive OilDescription
Cut The Kohlrabi Into Wedges. Place In A Saucepan And Add About An Inch Of Water, Salt And Pepper. Cover With A Lid, And Steam Until The Kohlrabi Is Tender, About 10 To 15 Minutes. Drain And Toss With Parsley And Olive Oil.
