- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

This Spinach Salad Is Made Delicious With The Addition Of Sweet, Seasonal Strawberries. If Strawberries Aren't At Their Peak, Use Dried Fruit, Such As Cranberries, Instead.
