- Water for soaking
- 12 - 15 crusty rolls with assorted mustards
Rub
- 1/2 cup Ancho chili powder (or your favourite chili powder)
- 2 tablespoons sweet paprika
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon coarse salt
- 2 teaspoons ground cayenne pepper
Mop and Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups beef stock
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- Juice of 1 fresh lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
