  4. 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  5. 2 garlic cloves, minced
  6. 1 small onion, finely chopped
  7. 1 cup arborio rice (8 1/2 ounces)
  8. 1/2 cup dry white wine
  9. 1/2 cup chopped basil leaves
  10. 1/4 cup soft fresh goat cheese (1 1/2 ounces)
  11. 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  12. 1/4 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
  13. 1/4 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  14. Salt and freshly ground pepper
