  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbs capers, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup dill sprigs, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped chives
  • 4 large Woolworths Select Vol-au-vent cases
  • 250g green beans, trimmed
  • 60g baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup Woolworths Select Pitted Kalamata olives, halved
  • finely shredded rind and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbs olive oil
