Roasted Beef Tenderloin With Basil-Curry Mayonnaise

Ingredients

Cooking spray
2 teaspoons cumin seeds
2 teaspoons coriander seeds
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon freshly round black pepper
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
3 1/2 to 4 pounds beef tenderloin, trimmed

FOR THE MAYONNAISE 

1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup mascarpone, at room temperature (if you can't find mascarpone, use an extra 1/4 cup of mayo)
1/3 cup finely chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
