Ingredients

  • 11/2 cups brown rice
  • 1 carrot, halved and thinly sliced diagonally
  • 2 green shallots, thinly sliced
  • 100g snow peas, trimmed, cut into strips
  • 100g baby corn, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 2 tbs Woolworths Select Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 3cm piece ginger, peeled and finely grated
  • 400g whole cooked tiger prawns, peeled
  • 1/4 cup cashews, chopped
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves
