Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 pound pork tenderloin, silverskin removed
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons ginger root, chopped
12 cloves garlic , minced (about 2 tablespoons)
1/2 serrano chile, seeded and minced (about 1 teaspoon)
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 head romaine lettuce, washed

Salsa:

1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup rice vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 cup English cucumber, seeded and cut into 1/4-inch cubes
1 cup watermelon, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
1 small avocado (ripe), cut into 1/4-inch cubes (about 1 cup)
