Ingredients
- 1/2 lb pork tenderloin, cubed
- 1 red bell pepper, cubed
- 150 grams bamboo shoots(I only had sliced bamboo shoots, so that's what I used.)
- 1 bunch of spring onion sliced
- 2 Tbsp peanut oil
- salt
- Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Chinese bean sauce, (I like Mee Chun brand)
- 1 Tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp rice wine or sherry
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Description
I Hesitate To Call This Chinese Because Even Though I Used A Lot Of Chinese Seasonings, It Has More American About It. It Is A Very Easy Dish To Make.
