Pork And Peppers With Chinese Bean Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb pork tenderloin, cubed
  • 1 red bell pepper, cubed
  • 150 grams bamboo shoots(I only had sliced bamboo shoots, so that's what I used.)
  • 1 bunch of spring onion sliced
  • 2 Tbsp peanut oil
  • salt
  • Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Chinese bean sauce, (I like Mee Chun brand)
  • 1 Tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp rice wine or sherry
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Description

I Hesitate To Call This Chinese Because Even Though I Used A Lot Of Chinese Seasonings, It Has More American About It. It Is A Very Easy Dish To Make.
