- 1/3 cup Port wine
- 2 whole cloves
- Blackberry Jam Vinaigrette:
- cup poaching liquid from the pears
- 2 TBSP cider vinegar
- cup olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic
- cup blackberry jam
- Spiced Caramel Walnuts:
- 1 cup walnuts
- cup sugar
- tsp chile powder
- tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp sea salt
