- 1⁄2 cup Dry Vermouth
- 4 Garlic Cloves, sliced
- 28 ounces Plum Tomatoes, crushed by hand
- 3⁄4 pound Penne Rigate
- 1 pound Swordfish Steak, cubed
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Basil, torn

I Have Adapted This Recipe From Marcia Kiesel To Be Kid Friendly. For Those Kids Who Are Not Into Fish, This Is A Great Way To Introduce It. Swordfish Is Especially Easy For Kids To Like Since It Has More Meaty Consistency Like Chicken.
