Penne Rigate With Braised Swordfish

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 small Jalapeno Pepper, minced, seeds removed
  • 1 teaspoon Anchovy Paste
  • 12 cup Dry Vermouth
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, sliced
  • 28 ounces Plum Tomatoes, crushed by hand
  • 34 pound Penne Rigate
  • 1 pound Swordfish Steak, cubed
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Basil, torn

Description

I Have Adapted This Recipe From Marcia Kiesel To Be Kid Friendly. For Those Kids Who Are Not Into Fish, This Is A Great Way To Introduce It. Swordfish Is Especially Easy For Kids To Like Since It Has More Meaty Consistency Like Chicken.
