  • 3 large, ripe peaches
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons sugar, divided
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • 1 egg white, beaten
  • Additional sugar
