Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds  octopus tentacles, separated
  • 1/2 pound  green beans, cut into 1 1/2-inch lengths
  • 1 1/2 pound  Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 1   garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon  chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup  extra-virgin olive oil
  •   Salt and freshly ground pepper
