  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup (4 oz.) cold butter, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
