  • 2 cup Arborio Rice
  • 1 cup Sherry
  • 7 cup Chicken Broth Or Stock
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper , freshly ground
  • 2 Tbsp Parsley Italian Fresh , stems removed, leaves chopped
