Matsutake Mushrooms Can Be Gathered Only In Fall. In Japan, They Are Known As The King Of Mushrooms Because Of Their Delightful Flavor And Rich Nutrients. In Other Seasons When Fresh Matsutake Mushrooms Are Not Available, You Can Use Dried Ones Instead.
