1 tsp fresh-grated ginger
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
2 eggs
3/4 cup 1% milk
1/4 cup minced lemon balm
2 tbsp minced pineapple sage
1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen (I used Europe's Best Antioxidant blend)
