15 oz can red or pink wild Alaska salmon

1 oz butter

4 leeks, sliced

2 garlic cloves, crushed

2 tsp Italian mixed dried herbs

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

6 - 8 lasagne sheets (choose ones that do not need pre-cooking)

Cheese sauce:
pint milk

1 oz plain flour

1 oz butter

5 oz Mature Cheddar cheese, grated
