  • 1 large lemon
  • 3/4 cup nonfat mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt
  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup (2 oz) shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 roma tomatoes, diced
