  10. 1 bay leaf
  11. 1 thyme sprig
  12. 1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
  13. 1 small red onion, finely diced
  14. 40 square wonton wrappers
  15. 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
