- 1 Tbsp. oil

- Â Â Nutmeg to taste
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 x egg beaten for korokke
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- Â Â Canola oil for deep-frying
- 8 x cabbage leaves thinly sliced, and
- Â Â soaked in cool water till serving time
