Ingredients

• 1 package of Wacky Macroni (tri-color pasta mix)
• 2 pints of grape tomatoes
• 1 (8 oz) fresh mozzerella, cubed
• 1 pkg of smoked mozzerella or provolone cheese cubed
• 1 red pepper chopped
• 1 green pepper chopped
• 1 small red onion chopped
• 1 zucchini cubed
• 1 small can of sliced black olives
• 1 small can of sliced green olives
• hard salami, cubed (I used half of a stick)
• 1 to 1-1/2 pkgs of Hormel Mini Peppperoni slices (or used stick and cube)
• Dressing:
• 3/4 cup olive oil
• 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
• 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
• 2 garlic cloves minced well
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp dried basil
• 3 tbsp shredded parmesan/romano cheese mix
• 1/2 tsp oregano
• 1/2 tsp italian seasoning

Needed A Pasta Salad For A Party, Did Not Want To Make The Normal, So Since I'm Italian, Why Not, Got A Whole Bunch Of Different Things, And Put It Together, Everyone Loved It, Hope You Do Do
