1 cup lettuce, washed, separated into cups
4 hard boiled eggs, shelled and quartered
Garnish
1/4 cup shredded coconut, toasted
Sauce
3/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup KRAFT Crunchy Peanut Butter
2 teaspoons VEGEMITE
