  • 4-5 red chillies
  • 1/2 cup dry urad dhal
  • 1/2 cup of dry chana dhal
  • 1/2 tsp. of fennagreek seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. of mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. of cumin seeds
  • 2-3 cups of dried curry leaves
  • key lime size ball of dried tamarind

Description

This Powder Is Traditionally Eaten With The Steamed Rice Cakes Called Idly. You Can Also Mix It With Plain Cooked Rice For A Tasty Snack Of Main Course Side.
