2 tbsp Zahtar or Zaatar (Middle Eastern Spice) or to taste can be found at Middle East food markets
1 1/2 cup cooked garbanzo beans or Great Northern beans or black beans (drained and rinsed if using canned...15 oz. can= about 1 1/2 cups)...or any combination of each.
1/4 cup Tahini
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
You may need to add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water to thin.
