Honey Mustard Spiced Ham

Ingredients

  • 5 lb Bavarian style Ham
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 12 oz bottle Zatarains Creole Mustard
  • 1/2 cup coke
  • 1/2 cup Captain Morgans Spiced Rum
  • Place ham in a 5 quart slow cooker, cutting ham if necessary to fit.
  • Drizzle with honey.
  • Spoon mustard over honey.
  • Add coke and spiced rum. Cover
  • Cook on low; 6-8 hrs. Drain liquid; remove ham and slice.
