Heirloom Tomato And Watermelon Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 heirloom tomatoes of varying colors, at room temperature
  • 1 small to medium red watermelon (cantaloupe size)
  • 2 Tbl EVOO
  • 1 tsp cracked coriander seeds (place in a plastic bag or kitchen towel and whack with a meat mallet)
  • sea salt and cracked black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 1/2 tsp finely chopped flat leaf parsley
