- 4 x Young cucumbers, sliced thick
- 2 x Carrots, thinly sliced
- 2 lrg Onions, sliced
- 3 stalk celery, sliced
- 1/3 c. Brown sugar
- 3/4 c. Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 tsp MSG
- 1 c. Water
- 1/4 lb Smoked salmon (lox)
Description
Should Be Prepared Ahead Combine Sugar, Vinegar, Salt, Water, MSG, And Bring To A Boil. Pour Over Sliced Vegetables. Cold. Chill Overnight. Serve With Thin Slices Of Smoked Salmon.
