  • 2 cups (400g) long-grain white rice
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) peanut or vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seed oil
  • 1 tbs Shaixing rice wine
  • Coriander sprigs and soy sauce combined with sliced red chilli, to serve
