  • 10 gm Lemon thyme, picked over and washed
  • 1 whl lemon, washed and cut into thin slices
  • 1 x Stem galangal, washed, peeled, cut into thick batons
  • 4 x Lime leaves
  • 2 x Stems lemongrass, cut into 5cm batons and slightly crushed
  •     Salt and freshly grnd black pepper to taste

  •     Purple ruffled basil

  •     Baby spinach
