Ingredients
- 1 can "baked" beans (pork and beans, actually)
- 1 small tomato, quartered
- 2 large mushrooms, each cut in half
- 4 links of sausage (large links, lightly seasoned)
- 2 slices of black pudding* (Optional)
- 2 slices of toasted white sandwich bread, each slice cut diagonally
- 4 thin slices of ham for frying
- 2 eggs
- butter for frying
