- 6 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 or 2 celery stalks 1/2 inch long
- 4 cilantro roots
- 4 star anise or 4 tablespoon five spice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 sliced of galagal fresh or dry
- 2 lemongrass cut 1/2 inch long
- 1/2 cup of cilantro leaves chopped for topping
- 5 tbsp.or more thick soy sauce for darkess
- 2 parley leaves discard steam
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
- 3 glove of fried garlic in oil (optional)
- 8 cups of cook jasmine rice
- 8 sliced of lime (optional)
- SIDE CONDIMENTS : (if desire)
- sliced hot pepper in vinegar
- sugar
- hot dried red pepper blended
- fish sauce
