  • 300 ml hot chicken stock
  • 1 small salmon
  • 1/2 bulbs fennel, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp mascarpone
  • 1-2 tbsp parmesan, grated
  • 1 small handfuls dill, chopped
  • 1 small handfuls basil, chopped
  • 1 small handfuls chives, chopped
  • 1/2 lime, zest and juice
  • 1/2 lemon, zest and juice
