Ingredients
- 1/2 500g packet penne pasta
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 6 mushrooms, chopped
- fresh parsley or dried parsley
- 1 carton of cream
- 1 packet of grated parmesan cheese (they have it in tescos)
- pinch of salt
