  • 2 teaspoons  grated lemon rind
  • 3 tablespoons  lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoons  powdered egg whites dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1 cup  heavy cream
  •   Raspberry Sauce:
  • 1 package  (12 ounces) unsweetened frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 1/3 cup  sugar
  • 1 tablespoon  orange liqueur
  •   Brandy Sauce:
  • 3/4 cup  sugar
  • 1 tablespoon  cornstarch
  • 1 cup  water
  • 3   egg yolks, lightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon  brandy
