  • 1 tbs plain flour
  • 1/3 cup white wine
  • 2/3 cup chicken stock
  • 1/3 cup cream
  • 1 tbs chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1 sheet frozen ready-rolled butter puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg yolk, lightly beaten
