Chicken layer:
30 ml (2 tbsp) oil
225 g (8 oz) chicken breast, skinned
and minced
100 g (4 oz) cooked chopped ham
15 ml (1 tbsp) Bisto Powder
400 g (14 oz) can of chopped tomatoes
5 ml (1 tsp) dried oregano
Broccoli layer:
225 g (8 oz) broccoli, cut into small
florets
a pinch of ground nutmeg
225 g (8 oz) ricotta cheese
125 ml (5 fl oz) natural yogurt
2 size 3 eggs
White sauce:
2 leeks, trimmed and sliced thinly
25 g(1 oz) butter
50 g (2 oz) Bisto White Sauce Granules
50 g (2 oz) grated Gruyere cheese
