- 200g char siu, diced
- For the Bao Dough:
- 1 tablespoon dry active yeast
- 100g caster sugar
- 160ml hand hot water
- 400g plain flour
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 80ml oil
- 4 teaspoons water
- 16 squares greaseproof paper
- butter, for brushing (optional)
