Cheese Cake Filling:
â¢2 (8oz) packages Cream cheese
â¢3/4 cup Sugar
â¢2 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
â¢3 eggs
Pineapple Cream Cheese Frosting:
â¢2 oz Cream cheese (softened)
â¢1 tablespoon Butter (softened)
â¢2 cups Powdered sugar
â¢1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
â¢2 t Pineapple juice
