  • 1 cup freshly shucked oysters with their liquor plus 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 1/3 cups Tasso Hollandaise
  • 4 (8 ounces each) filet mignons, about 1 1/2 to 2 inches thick
