1/2 oz Fresh nori seaweed sheets, Porphyra tenera, for sushi (1/2 sheet)
1 each Hass avocado, ripe
2 tablespoon Low sodium soy sauce
4 teaspoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 teaspoon Rice vinegar
