Ingredients
2 medium slices (300g) Mackerel/tenggiri1 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tbsp grounded/blended ginger
1 tsp dried mint leaves
1 1/2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste
Tamarind Sauce
70g Tamarind/Assam -add 1/4 cup of quarter and squeeze out the juice
1 medium size (80g) onion - sliced thinly
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp brown sugar
salt to taste
Mix all these ingredients in a bowl.
