Ingredients
- 2-3 c leftover beef roast
- 2-3 c leftover vegetables or a bag of frozen mixed vegetables
- 1-1/2c leftover gravy or packaged gravy(don't make too soupy)
- 1-1/2 to 2 c mashed potatoe
- paprika and parsley for garnish
