  •     Lemon Basil Sorbet
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. packed fresh basil
  • 3 c. lemon juice
  •     Black Olive Cracker
  • 3 c. hard whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1/2 c. finely minced black olives
  •     Green And White Asparagus
  • 20 x white asparagus, trimmed, and, peeled
  • 20 x green asparagus, trimmed
  •     The Plate!
  • 1 x fresh basil
  • 1 x tomato, peeled, seeded, and, cubed, (this process is known as concasse)
