- 2 cups ham, cooked bacon or sausage, chopped meats of all types can work in this dish - all meats should be pre-cooked.
- 1 cup Cheese, shredded or crumbled - take your pick.
- 1 cup Milk, you can use cream - low-fat - or skim milk as you prefer
- 1⁄2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese, we prefer grana padano or parmigiano reggiano for best flavor
- 6 tablespoons Sweet Butter
- 1⁄2 cup Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped as finely as you prefer
